PAC STUDIO is a collaborative team of designers that prioritize and nurture thoughtful partnerships. We work with select clientele so that every project receives focused attention, clear communication, and integrated solutions from concept through completion. This approach ensures cohesive design outcomes, timely decision making, and a high standard of service tailored to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
Priya is the founder and lead designer at PAC STUDIO. She’s passionate about shaping communities and spaces that feel authentic, memorable, and are genuinely loved and cherished by the people who inhabit them.
Priya believes that great design nurtures comfort, fosters connection, and enables wellness. A thoughtfully, layered design can strengthen communities and elevate everyday experiences.
After living and working in two countries, Priya has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of people and cultures. An experience that enriches her work and helps her design with empathy and nuance. The strong relationships she’s built across both countries have fostered meaningful collaborations and long-term partnerships, something she’s deeply grateful for.
With over 25 years of experience in design and a focused decade on multifamily-hospitality environments, Priya feels fortunate to work with amazing mentors, colleagues, and clients who encouraged her growth and leadership.
When her former employer made a strategic decision to realign its focus around its core strengths, it marked a pivotal point. Encouraged to begin her own practice and driven by a shared love for the body of work she built together with her team, she invited her colleagues to continue that journey with her, carrying forward the collaborative spirit and team mechanics she had helped cultivate.
What formed organically as a group of talented designers committed to preserving and advancing their shared design ethos evolved into a true consortium of creativity and expertise; and PAC STUDIO was born.

Sets project planning, viability and budgets with owner and consultant team; design vision, creative direction and critical details with team for each project, reflecting a cohesive narrative, strong brand identity, and an elevated standard of design excellence.

Project Coordinator | CA
Supports design by managing documentation, consultant coordination, and day-to-day communications to ensure projects progress efficiently from concept through completion. Oversees the construction phase by reviewing submittals, responding to RFI and Contractors to ensure the design intent is accurately executed in the field.

Technical designer | Project Documentation
Supports design team by preparing precise construction drawings and documentation sets that clearly communicate design intent, specifications, and technical details ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.

Senior Designer | FFE
Works closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute the creative vision for projects. Curates and specifies FF&E that enhance the overall design narrative, balancing aesthetic and, functionality. Leads day-to-day design coordination, and ensures design intent is thoughtfully translated from concept through completion.

Design Assistant | Research
Supports design team in preparing presentations, coordinating materials, and organizing project documentation. Conducts in-depth research on materials to strengthen the overall project narrative and strategy.

Brings expertise in architectural design integration, ensures environmental and construction goals are met and strengthens the technical rigor of turnkey projects. Applies structured project management principles to oversee scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination, helping deliver projects efficiently and with accountability from start to finish.
